Heck, what's the torque setting for all the tie rods?? Thanks.

55 ft lb if I remember correctly. It's real close if that ain't it. But really, tight enough to get the cotter pin in

The cotter pin is to stop the nut coming off basically. When you tighten the nut you will have to rotate it to a position where the pin will go in, so might not be an exact torque.
