What's a good tow front point for stock XJ?

yea but id rather not have the hooks going down for the strap to fall off while im halling some loser who cant drive and gets stuck in snow bc they werent smart enough to buy a Jeep.
Nope, rear bumper with just a ball on it. Bald A/Ts and sittin on the frame in some ruts made by a K5 with 38.5's. 4 inch strap and snatching, after about 4 pulls the rear bumper gave in...or out I guess, and folded out then ripped off. He said keep pulling so I did...haha
My blazer and yota both had hooks that "point down" and never had one come off unless it was before tension was on it. If you are pulling something at a steep angle maybe but you should be fine.
On my XJ I have a Bacbone with D rings and LOVE it! A little pricey but well worth it if you ask me...

Well I found the install instructions for the Rusty's, they appear easier to put on.
