Whats the front rubber part on the valve cover?

I need to replace the front rubber part coming out of the valve cover, but don't know what it is called. It comes up about an inch, does a 90 degree angle and then 3 more inches and connects to a tube thats about a half inch inner diameter that goes off in the right hand direction. I was able to attach an image

Does anybody know what this is called? Can I get this at rockauto.com or the like or do I have to buy it at the dealer?

That is the fresh air intake for the PCV system on the 4.0..I believe it is a dealership only part
