Just wondering if my 93 was 134a or not, figured it's an r12 system but wasn't sure and it never hurts to ask, any help is appreciated, thanks

Find ur low side on ur ac system if it has threads around it, its r-12. If it looks like something an air chuk hooks up to, its r-134a!

Not always the case. My Suburban was switched to 134A by a neighbor who had a shop and 5 mechanics working for him. They left the R12 fittings and ran 134 after flushing and replacing the compressor, dryer, and orifice in the rear condenser.

I was gone flying alot or I would have done the myself.
