Well i changed the plugs, since im basically doing a full tune up to help smooth out the idle. The plugs look pretty crappy, what is the cause of why they look like this? This is the worst out of all of them. I changed to bosch platinum+ the old ones were E3s and they were kinda a waste of money.

Looks like rust. You losing coolant? Rough idle? Lots of steam coming out of the exhaust even when the engine is at operating temp? Does the temp rise when you're on the gas and drops when you're off of the gas?

Aside from the e-3's looking like crap, take the bosch's back they are junk. I worked in auto parts for 4 years and saw more sets of Bosch platinum plugs come back than I can remember. Running platinums in a vehicle that wasn't sold with platinums has no benefit aside from making your wallet lighter. Get some champion coppers or NGK's.
Any kind of "gimmick" plug is a waste. Just like a throttle body spacer or a "tornado". E-3's, Bosch platinum 2's, 4's, split fire, etc....

And I agree you're getting water
In your cylinder for some reason.

Its been idling a little rough, its drive great tho no problems. The check engine lights on and the code says i need a new o2 sensor in bank 1 sensor 2. I just replaced the cap, rotor, plug wires, muffler, and cleaned the throttle body and iac. It had 176317k miles on it and its a 98, i need a new valve gasket aswell cause its leaking. Dunno if that could have an effect on anything

you have 2 problems it seems you have been running water thru your engine either sucking it in during your creek pass thru or a leaky head gasket #2 that is a e3 sparkplug i have had nothing but bad luck with those my most recent was a 2004 hemi ram i replaced them (all 16 yes 16) and less than 2 months later and only 1100 miles had missfire codes and ran bad wen i pulled plugs some wer bernt som melted some looked ok i replaced them with autolite irridium platnum and it runs good again i wouldnt use those e3 plugs ever again

That's ash, from lack of additives most of the time. Run better gas as in name brand stuff.

Since u've got fresh plugs in and it runs good, maybe pull the plug in that cylinder in 2-3K miles to see what it looks like.
