i just replace my u-joints and had these in there, now the question is what brand are these? they dont have needle bearings so im stumped

I don't think it matters so much what brand WERE on your jeep, but what brand you put back on it. As long as you get the right size, you should be fine. Just ask the guys behind the counter at your local auto parts store what U-Joints you need, and they'll give you a list of possible replacements. Remember, you get what you pay for!

Um...no needle bearings because they are probably disintegrated. I'm positive they were there, but this joint was ready to explode. Was it knocking at all? that's how I usually found out u joints were bad on my dodge ramcharger. Sigh...miss it.

well ive been looking and apparently they are CTM u-joints, completely 100% rebuildable well they better be for the price..... 250-300 depending on where you get them, they use a bronze sleeve and grease instead of needle bearings
i replaced it with a spicer joint

Hope you didn't throw them away. They can be rebuilt and greased and used for almost ever. They are so much stronger than the spicer joints that you replaced them with, maybe in the 300% range. Oh, and they work fine as a DD you just have to grease them often, get a grease gun set up with a flush or needle tip and use them.

Yes you do, but it isn't that hard to grease the front axle u joints, just takes a couple minutes. Make sure the O-rings are good and once a month should be good unless you end up doing an awful lot of driving. I would also grease after doing a wheeling trip that involved water or mud.
