What is this relay for?

Can anyone identify what this relay on the left is for?
It is located on drivers side fender next to the EGR solenoid.

according to my manual it does not show a relay for the EGR system located next to the EGR vaccum solenoid.

Anyone ever identified this solenoid, on an 87 Renix 4.0L?
