What is the purpose of this clip?

Not a bad job, hopefully the ecm will take only a few cycles to figure out a good idle or how to respond to things like the compressor.. It cuts out the radio because when the e-fan comes on at times, but NOT stall.
Definitely noticed a great difference in Throttle response, 0-60 in a few seconds.
