Default What is this part called?

I'll get a picture in a second if needed but it's the rubber blocks that mount on top of the rad on those 2 studs and attaches it to the radiator support. The studs on mine tore off and I need to get my new rad put in.

go to junkyard and find some other ones, a regular parts store wont have them
