I have a 99 XJ, all stock and replaced the u-joint at the back of the rear drive shaft. During the process, I noticed the little "C" clamps that hold the u-joint in had wear spots on them and I would like to replace them. What are they called and where would be a good place to get them?
I don't mean the spring clips that you use a pair of needle nose pliers to get out. I am referring to the part that has 2 bolts through it.
EDIT: I found out that it is called a u-joint strap! And I didn't see a way to delete this thread.
