What part is it that goes from your valve cover to your airbox. I was under the impression it was your PCV valve but I cant find this part for my jeep at the local store my is busted in half so id like to replace it even tho its been running fine for a year like that. What part is it im looking for?

You can get that piece at Napa, just bring in the old one. The PCV valve is built into the valve cover on the 4.0 I6.

the 4.0 has a "CCV Fitting", not a "PCV Valve".

The CCV fitting has a metered hole in the end of the elbow. There are no moving parts, and no vacuum actuated valve. It is constantly open.

A PCV valve has a one-way vacuum actuated valve inside the elbow

So the rear is a ccv fitting and the one in front to your air box is just an open elbow?

So would you ever have to replace a ccv fitting?

not unless it was cracked or broken. Just clean it out with some carb cleaner and you're good to go.

just talk to the parts guy at your local dealership. They keep these parts in stock. Grommets are like $7, CCV tubes are about $17

Just be prepared to have to go around and point it out on the engine diagram. The CCV thing messes a lot of parts guys up for some reason. I've replaced two, and both times, at different dealerships, I had to go around and find my own part.
