Default What np 231 tranfer case works?
I have 2000 xj with an np231j transfer case. The case is cracked now and i need to know What year range case will work, my sye and everything is still ok. just need a case.

You have a 23 spline transfer case. Any 231 from 90-01 will work.

Did they change the 231 in 97 or was that just the cases in the ZJ?
