While exploring my "new" to me XJ, i found this on the driver's front clip above the headlamp....

Looks like kitty litter! It could be the super rare option offered on in 93 XJ that was known as "ON BOARD OFF-ROAD"! Sorry, couldn't help myself!!!!!

ahh see that is supposed to hold the great golden jeep egg however it appears yours was stolen or quite possibly hatched...hmmm hopefully you jeep had a wrangler or something and not like a compass eww i would not want to be the reason a new compass came into the world
