What kind of tint is this on my Jeep?

What kind of tint is this on my Jeep?
I need to replace a window and I do not know what this tint color is called. The windows I have found are either "privacy" or "tint."
My windows appear to be mirrorish. I am thinking it is the privacy glass but I am not sure.
Here are some pictures.
Also, if anyone knows where I can find a driver's side quarter vent window for a decent price, please let me know because the ones I have found have not been cheap!
