What the heck is this!?

Okay, so I had to pull my dash today for better access to all my wiring and fuse panel for another thread of mine (turn signal stuff....). When I got it unbolted and was pulling it out, this little box of relays fell out onto the floor.
The one at the odd angle doesn't even have the electrical connections where it is, just open slots. The other two have them, though.... I can't find a single thing about it, so maybe someone can shed some light on this?

Might be why, this is a '93. I didn't take the time to see if they cause anything to not work if they're unplugged

Hey, whadda know!? Looks exactly like it! Any idea where it's SUPPOSED to be mounted? Mine just fell out from behind the dash as it was coming out
