how would i find what head is on my jeep....its a 2000....people talk about the 0331 head and now it has kinda concerned

You have it. The head you are concerned about is years 00-01

i worry about the same thing (have been for the past few days especially).


spend a bit of time googling, researching, and worrying.



but it doesnt happen to everyone, always. wait until you have a problem, then fix it. plenty of threads out there to say what the symptoms are and how to fix it.


symptoms: wacky oil pressure, coolant loss, overheating (cant remember if this is a cause or effect)


anyway....dont freak out too fast. if you watch your gauges and everything looks normal and the engine sounds normal and doesnt gulp fluids, you should be fine.

As long as you take care of your engine (change oil, check fluid levels) you will be ok
