I have the same setup and have been told to go with 4:10's for that lift and tire combo. But if you plan on going bigger in tire size later go with 4:56's or higher.

The only way this is true is if you are only considering highway use.
As soon as you start looking at what the 5spd needs off road (no tq converter) you will see that the 5spd will also want 4.56's... maybe even 4.88's depending on what you are willing to compromise.

You are absolutely right! and although lower gears would be nice. 4.56's in a manual with 33" tires is the same as me running down the highway in 4th with 33" tires and 3.07's.(ask me how i know) The RPM's will be way up there.

No not right. you need master install kits to. not to mention someone to install them unless you are super patient and have the needed tools

You are correct that less power is lost in a manual, however, with the 5spd you must have deeper gears than a comparitive auto to get crawl control anywhere near close as the auto will utilize the tq convertor... sure you can slip the clutch, but in tough going you will heat that clutch up and make it useless... which is why any offroad auto trans needs proper cooling system.
