1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0

This issue has been on-going and I've yet to figure it out, I've tried everything to my knowledge so I'm hoping someone can help me out!

-My Drivers side parking light Fuse (#7) kept blowing out.
-I came to the conclusion that the Power Locks were shorting it out.
-I removed the Power Lock Fuse, and the problem has since been temporarily solved.
-But now I want my Power Locks back, and this problem fixed.

My question is - in what ways is it possible that my Power Locks could be shorting my Drivers Side Parking Lights? I am lost at this point..

Any ideas or tips on how to find the problem would be GREATLY appreciated.
