Loud Bouncing noise

Loud Bouncing noise
When I start my 95 it has a slight bouncing noise in the right front close to the passenger door and when I cut it off the noise is really loud and right front sounds like a basketball's under it. Sounds like muffler or pipe to head is loose but they arent.

Finally found out what the noise was. The muffler is right on the cross member and it has less then a 1/8 of an inch of rise in it. Is there something I can put in between the pipe and cross member to stop the banging?
