75/90 gear oil in the diffs, unless you tow, then you can use 75/140 weight, should be like 1.3 or something quarts. I use synthetic, but that's just personal preference. If your rear diff is limited slip you'll want to add a bottle of the friction modifier-This just helps the clutches slip better. For your t-case, ATF what is needed. For the AW4, Dexron-III/Mercon ATF fluid is the stuff that is needed.

Oh yeah. Even though your transmission plug says DII right on it. What you might want to do is use use the multi-maker ATF. Even if you drain your transmission pan the is still alot transmission fluid left in your torque converter.

Yes from the FSM as well as from the Jeep community to the best of my knowledge DexIII/Mercon is the required fluid-as for fluid change procedures, this knowledge will be better obtained from a different source than myself.

I run 75w140 in the diffs it's a full synthetic gear oil it lubricates the bearings better and it's also makes it quieter. For the aw4 Chrysler did supersede the dextronII fluid to the ATF+4 so your transmission probably already has been switched but if not the best idea in my opinion is take your jeep to the dealer and have them flush and put the ATF in it. Then transfer case is also ATF+4 but you can run just valvoline ATF in either. Hope this helps.
