Please let me know what this means to my front axle. Are my bearins bad? The axle too?
It kind of feels like my XJ "wobbles" a tiny bit. More noticeable at low speed, thought I do have some slight vibes (that seem to change in itensity slightly) on the highway.
I have a lot of new front suspension components too.
The front hubs do not have any play in the 12-6 or 9-3 positions when grabbing the wheel when the jeep is on jackstands.

"What wear are you asking about? The little black smudge on the machined seal/bearing surface?"-YES, THAT'S THE SPOT. i was worries because of the line worn into the metal surface. I don't know squat about axles, so if there is a seal at that exact spot, that would make sense.
I definitely don't have death wobble. I only have a vibration problem that could be my used tires, even though they have about 50-60% tread left.
i'm probably being nit-pickey. i want a lifted XJ to ride as smooth as a factory one.
