Alright my wheel is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise so if i turn it enough to get it straight will the toe be off too much and my alignment messed up?

First I would make sure the steering wheel is properly aligned with the column shaft. For instance if the wheel is off and your driving down the road straight, the pump is supplying and the box is using assist because they "think" you are making a turn, unnecessary wear. Once that is done bring the steering wheel back to center by adjusting the drag link. Plus it's easy enough to do a driveway alignment to check your toe out.
ETA: Plus I'm jelly I can actually see the different components. In the rust belt thats all I see....RUST.

adjusting that will NOT affect your toe in any way.
alignment tech for many years here it will only set your steering wheel
tie rod ends will only set your toe like stated above

The total toe is adjusted on the jeep, by rotating the big tie rod sleeve, not individual toe on these cars. Then once the toe is good you adjust the drag link to center your steering wheel, adjusting the drag link will not adjust your toe angle.
