what do these codes mean????????

i have a 2000 cherokee sport 6cyl, 4x4. there are 5 codes. please tell me what they mean and how to fix them.

1486

441 evap purge flow monitor fail- possible causes evap purge soleniod, vacuum lines cracked or blocked
455 evap large lleak detected- could just be a loose gas cap or related to p0441, evap check canister for cracks
432 bank 2 catalytic converter efficency- replace converter
1493 battery temp sensor voltage to low- check battery
1486 evap leak monitor pinched hose found- leak detection pump could have failed, check all evap related hoses, evap canister could be cracked

Sounds like most of those codes could be coming from a single problem.

im gettin a new battery here soon, but what is and where is the evap canister? and is that something i can fix on my own? i have a pretty good amount of mechanical skills.
