Default What could the problem be? 2001 Cherokee help

I just picked up my 2001 Sport with 90k, 3 inch rough country add a leaf, and 31 inch toyo open country tires today. I looked it over and it was great. There were some thing I noticed though which I hope are small beans issues and would like some help.

-My ex gf has a 2001 and though noisy it sounded smoother

-steering wheel is slighlty off center to turned to the left about an inch and it pulls left on the highway but I figured it's an alignment issue and maybe tire pressure

-acceleration at lower speeds is smoother than at 70 or so where the peddle feel kind of rougher, not such smooth power as at lower speeds and it kind of has a vibration, not chattery like warped rotors but when pushing the pedal it just feels, sounds and power comes on a little rougher until I'm off the pedal.

What could this stuff be and what should I expect to have it taken care of?

While driving? While idling? From the interior?

Look on the board for how to check and possibly move or replace your track bar. Putting the wheel straight you can probably do, but it won't fix all the alignment issues.

Clean air filter? Plugs? I'd think the I6 and 4-speed auto would be starting to top out there. Remember, it's designed to produce power down low. I got my well-running '01 up to 85 once, but felt like I was whipping it. No real use for me going fast.
