Default What is this connector?

Browsing around the engine compartment, I noticed this disconnected connector floating around on the driver side. Any idea what it should connect to? It is a two wire connector and comes off the main loom that runs on the drivers side of the engine bay about half way along.
thanks

2000 XJ Classic. Two pin connector. Look like 2 gray wires.
