Post what can i take out?

i have a 1990 cherokee limited with the 4.0l and im wondering if there is anything under the hood that isnt needed or there is any way to cut down or organize the amount of vacuum hoses and wires

Honestly the 4.0 is one of the cleanest motors for vacuum and wires. Pretty much need what's there.

Take a look at a 351w or a Mazda 2.0 if you want a vacuum nightmare!

Leave it alone. Make sure it's ALL there and in good condition.

I guess you could strip out your AC system (compressor, evaporator, dryer) and replace with AC delete pulley.

You could pull out your windshield wiper fluid container and associated tubes.

The question is why do you want to, the 4.0 is a pretty simple engine as is.
