What is this that came with my new exhaust manifold?
This came with my new exhaust manifold for my Cherokee:
Is it some sort of exhaust mani to exhaust gasket?
If so, should I just bolt it up b/w the mani and exhaust?

By the way, this is the product:
Welds:
Not very pretty but for $92.44 from Sandmans Auto I'm not complaining.

That damn bracelet didn't even fit well! 
I couldn't, for the life of me, get it to sit properly on the flange. Wonder if a side effect of going w/the cheapest manifold kit I found?
