best advice i have for you is 2-3 days before you plan on starting your lift go and pb blaster every bolt you even think you might come in contact with. Do this a couple of times and it will save you a bunch of headache

You are going to need to do something about the track bar...And the brake lines are going to be addressed.

I did my 4.5" RC kit over a weekend taking my time, could have been done in a day if I didnt spend so much time drinking with my buddies who were helping me. PB blaster everything you'll be taking apart for a week b4 doing it. be prepared to snap your rear upper shock bolts, once snapped hammer the nuts out from the bottom (just tac welded in there) drill them out with a small bit to give you a pilot hole on top then drill a 9/16" hole through the floor (was behind the rear seat on my 2door) so you can slip a bolt thru and still get a socket on it, slap the nuts on from the bottom and that takes care of that. get the trac bar and a drop pitman arm too. when doing the t-case drop RC will tell you you can take the studs out with a jam nut (BS) do it with a pipe wrench (much easier) good luck

PB Blaster is a penetrating lubricant... dont buy wd-40 it doesnt penetrate

on those shock bolts mentioned in the post above this, I just used an air hammer to knock those out, then used a telescopic magnet to fish a bolt up through those large triangle shaped holes next to your up shock bolts, and dropped em through the holes where the nut used to be. just put the shocks on and put a nut on it.
