Wet drivers side floor

Wet drivers side floor
I have a 2006 Grand Cherokee 4WD V8 with a leaky drivers side floor board. Every time it rains the drivers side floor is soaked. This only happens when the truck is parked. Any ideas where the leak is coming from and how I can fix it?

check in the doorjam by the hinge, one of the boots may have slipped off for the wiring and whatnot (i believe its called a doorjam) correct me if im wrong.
