I havent tracked the problem yet. And Im afraid to even look under the carpet. Ive undercoated the undercarriage very well. has anyone had this problem? Is it a hole in the cowl? Should I rip the carpet out pull the drain plugs and undercoat the floor after any fixes?

Dont pull it apart its just a heater core prolly, not to hard of a fix, and the carpet will dry
