Default Weird Wobble and Noise?

So a buddy of mine and myself tried to do my lift the other day but couldn't get one of the lower control arm bolts out so we just decided we would cut the bolt another day so we threw everything back together and tightened it down but now when turning my wheel I get this weird wobble and popping at slow speeds and I cannot figure out what it is! I've checked the swaybar, trackbar, spring retainer, all the shock bolts, lug nuts, and everything is good but it still makes the weird wobble and cracking. It also feels weird when i change lanes on the highway but only when i turn my wheel to the left and when I change lanes it almost sounds like the tire is scrubing on something and its also only in my front driver's side wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!
