Default Weird Vibration from the Rear..?

While at cold start, and driving about 5 mins around town, a very strange vibration comes from the rear end of my 2000 Cherokee Sport when im at a stop. It almost seems like vibration from the muffler but im not sure. I come to a stop, crazy vibrations, green light, push gas pedal and vibrations gone. Now is the part that puts me in a loop, 20 mins later i come to a stop no vibrations. Now am i just panicking for no reason? What could be causing this? Dif? Muf? Imagination? Thanks for all the help

Check your motor and tranny mounts.

After putting an aftermarket lift my muffler was rattling on a bolt on the rear of the leaf spring. I would check to see if you muffler isnt rattling on anything. If it is then cut it (like i did) or replace that rubber mount for ur muffler.
