Weird startup sound when cracking her up???

Weird startup sound when cracking her up???

i went swamping and got water in air intake and plugs and i removed it replaced oil and she ran fine. then changed out after letting her run for 15 idle and then drove for 10. i put new oil and filter in again for the 2nd time but now it makes this weird sound when i start it up sometimes and the check engine light is on. when i replaced the oil the 2nd time i put to much in and then tried to start it but stopped and then dropped some oil out. any idea what i should do? change the oil and filter for the 3rd time?
