Hey, another question..keep in mind its my first time with a car like this.. '01 XJ

Every time i turn the jeep off under the hood it makes a weird all most like water dripping noise, maybe its some kind of return for the oil? I dont know what it could be but ive never heard it before..

sorry for the lack of detail, im just really hoping someone knows what im talking about and going to call me stupid and tell me its normal haha

Normal. You have six quarts of oil draining back into an oil pan that is the size of a horse trough, it's gonna make some noise. Vehicles make noise, lots of different noises, just relax and drive the damn thing.

Both of mine do that. It's just everything draining down. Same thing with the exhaust manifold popping when you turn off the jeep.

ok cool...just never heard that with my '08 mustang, '10 f150 or '11 f150..not normal lol...so glad i sold my '11 and got this jeep though..super stoked
