Default Weird Noise coming from the wheel

Hi!
I'm new in both worlds, in the Cherokee world and in the forum.

I just got my first Jeep Cherokee, it's a 2000 V6 Laredo.
I'm loving it! It's an amazing car, however there is a weird noise that is taking my peace away.

When I release the gas there is the noise like as there was something hitting something. (the best way to describe: sounds like a card from a deck attached to a bike wheel). It is like TEC TEC TEC TEC. Is it clear?? It's hard to explain...

Whenever I hit the gas the noise goes out but when I release it comes back again. Don't matter how fast I'm driving, from 20 miles up I can hear it.

Hope y'all can understand what I said.

Thanks a lot!

Check the ujoints at the wheels. I had s similar noise in my 98 xj, turned out to be bad ujoints in my rear drive shaft so check those too.

Thanks man.. I'll check it out.

I had a guy who said it could be the break disc --he said because it is not 100% smooth or flat (can't remember what word he used) and it could be one of the reasons...

Monday I'll check it out with somebody else the ujoints.

Do you need to be moving? Did you try power breaking it in park? If it did it parked I'd take a quick look at the fan and maybe the engine to bell housing bolts. You can always open the hood and power brake it and see what moves. (my left side lifts until what's left of the mount stops it!)
