weird noise

after i washed my xj i now have a weird noise coming from the driver fender area? i have a video but dont know how to post it

I can identify the dog bark, but not the noise. That's an odd one. Does it change with engine speed? Only washed the exterior, not under the hood?

fixed it!!!!!! it was the washer motor for the hatch. which i dont have a wiper on it so i just unplugged it and taped up the connector
