Weird Miss-fire Problem

Engine: 4.0 High Outout I6
So it passed deq last night! I changed the orifice on the valve cover and put it a new air filter and its still back firing going up hills guess I'm gonna check out the intake make sure it its torqued down but Im still trying to figure this out
