Was under the hood and heard a weird noise. Kinda like air escaping from a hose. Listened more closely and it sounds like it's coming from where the throttle body meets the tube that leads to my air box. When I hit the throttle cable, it whistles so thats why I'm guessing it has to do with the intake. You can make it out even when the hood is closed. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?

i think i have the same thing you have, but i dont know what it is either . if i find out soon il let you know

 

I think the seal may not tight or something. Hopefully samething has happened to someone and they fixed it lol

 

possible air intake leak or vacuum leak spray carb cleaner around the area see if idle changes

 

Carb cleaner? Kinda like soap on tires to find a leak sorta thing?
