Ok this is probably the most newbie question i have ever asked
but i cannot figure this out. I have a clunk on the driver side every time i hit the brakes. The faster i'm going the louder it is. The clunk only happens once when i hit the brake its not constant and it doesn't happen when I'm going in reverse and hit the brakes. I pulled my tcase drop kit and that helped a little considering it was home made and had a tendancy to wiggle, but its still there. I tightened everything, caliper, hub, control arms, crossmember, even the lug nuts
. It only happens on the drivers side and i can feel it in floor which makes me think that it could be the uca mount but its completely tight. Anyone else had this and any ideas?

You might want to check out the track bar mount on the frame side.
There are 2 bolts (you can see them if you look in the wheel well, right above the tire). Tighten them, if they break like mine did, just replace them with 8 grade nuts & bolts, and make them real tight.

The bushings on the uppers are a little over a year old and both are poly bushings so im not worried about the uppers...the lowers are rubber at one end and less than a year old and the other end is a heim joint so it shouldn be bad at all. I will check the trackbar mount once i get out of work...I've been meaning to do a hd track bar bracket with a double sheer set up anyway. could the problem be caused by ball joints?. I don't know if they would clunk My steering has been noticably worse lately. Plannin on getting it alligned this week so they should be able to let me know, that is if there are any halfway decent mechanics there. I hate lettin other people work on my rig
