Default Water Pump going bad??

I have had a off and on radiator fluid leak since i replaced the whole cooling system. Anyways the leak is coming from lower radiator hose right by water pump. In runs down the hose and drips at the low point. I have re adjusted the hose and clamp a couple of times and still does it. Just wondering what it could be??

My fear is its the water pump starting to go out. as i know it leaks fluid when its starting to go.
