Default water leak

Ok I know that this has been covered before but I can't seem to find any pics of possible fixes. I have a 93 xj that has a water leak on the passenger side front. the water seems to be coming in through the heater box but nothing has stopped it from leaking.I cut the cowl out and tried to silicone around the fresh air duct, I put foam around the windshield and sprayed air on the inside of the windshield to see if there were any air bubbles in the foam and found nothing, and then I also put silicone around the blower motor. If there is anything that I miss please give me a clue and If you have pics please post them of your fix, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So is it leaking inside your jeep or outside?

leaking inside on the pass floor. I just replaced a lot of the floor due to the previous owner not taking care of the jeep. If i was able to post pics I would but they are always to big for the site.

Mine leaked for nearly 10 years (and I mean a lot), turned out to be the inside antenna grommet under the kickpanel. It tends to shrink with age allowing it room to pop out of it's track. I applied some silicone and pushed it back into place, have had a dry passenger floorboard for nearly 1 year now! It was a very frustrating process to finally track down, had the windshield re-seated twice before I finally tracked it down.

I check the antenna grommet today and nothing was coming in there. I don't have the inner splash shield in so I could hit it with water directly.

well I just siliconed the inside and out side of the fresh ir duct so the next time it rains I'll see if it really holds up. I ran the hose in the cowl for a good 5 to 10 minutes and got nothing but thats not rain. I'll keep everyone posted.

Hey LSC, still dry? I have the exact same issue with mine. Going to cut a hole above the intake so i can access it and get a thick bead of E-6000 around it. Only drips on passenger floor when i poured water into the cowl. Very annoying!!!!

How did you get to it to seal it? Dashboard off?

Here is mine...
