If it isn't antifreeze leaking from your heater core there are a couple of drain holes under the cowl that could be clogged up.

It doesn't smell like anything. It only happens when it's pouring rain outside or when I wash it. Could just be the drains are clogged. Haven't had time to mess with it. Been putting in 14-16 hour days.
