Default Warmish Heat Blowing Through Vents

1) Thermostat is working properly.
2) Both hoses on the heater core are close to the same temperature, and flushed the heater core in case and it's good.
3) Fixed the blend door in the heater/ac evaporator box. It was stuck only blowing cold air. Now it blows a little more warm than before.

Question: If my ac system has too much freon in it or whatever is in it. Can this cool the box too much and affect how hot the air will get from the heater core since the ac evaporator is cooling it down too much? Because I get ice cold air from the ac system, but it is loud so I think it might have too much freon in the system. I just don't know if it would make the box so cold that it would affect how hot the heat would get from the heater core. Would it? Thanks for any responses to this thread!

Yes. Also, when I have it on max heat it is slightly warm and on max cold it's very cold, and in the mid setting it's cold.
