Stay with Champion copper plugs gaped at .035. The E3 and any of those fancy plugs are garbage and a waist of money for the 4.0. As for the cap and rotor make sure to get something with the brass contacts.

Accel has a kit with plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. It is a good quality kit. I did not use the plugs though, I got the Champion plugs. The kit is available through Quadratec and Summit Racing. I can't remember the part number off of the top of my head though.

I'm a little biased since I work part-time at NAPA, but I would use Belden lifetime wires, Echlin cap & rotor, Champion plugs, and NAPA Gold/Wix filters.

I had the Belden wires, I was not impressed too much with them. The Accel wires are nicer in my opinion. I do use a lot of Napa parts but I do not use them exclusively.

Just make sure your cap has brass terminals. I also like the Napa Gold or Platinum filters.

^^^ I'm with Belvedere on his recommendations.

Get the PREMIUM cap and rotor with brass contacts. Don't forget to get a new fuel filter and air filter too!

How many miles on your Jeep? if its over 100k and the o2 sensor has never been done... I would do that also it will give you a lot better gas mileage
and i agree Brass tune parts are a must...

Good catch Rooster. Oxygen sensors are often overlooked. They are not that expensive and they DO have a finite lifespan. I recommend NTK oxygen sensors for the 91-01 4.0 engine.
