Default wanting to do a 2-3" lift

I am need to pretty much replace the entire suspension on my 99 xj. The back leafs are pretty much flat and the front coils are way soft and sagging as well.
I figure its about the same if not cheaper to just lift it than go with replacing everything with stock.
I am wanting a lift of around 2-3" with new leaf springs, new coils, and new shocks.

What is going to be a cheapest way to go about doings this? Who has the cheapest kit or is there a better option?

How much do you want to spend? XJ rear spring are pretty flat new, so it would help to know how much you are sagging Now. measure from the center of you front wheel to the bottom of the flare stock = 17.5", do the same in the rear = 17".

You can do a Kit Look at http://ironrockoffroad.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc or http://www.roughcountry.com/ or Quadratec. Or you can piece one together and do a Bastard Pack.

My rear leaf springs are really flat, and the front coils are to the point that I know what the bump stops feel like really well.

I am wanting to use all new parts and not have to deal with a bastard pack.
My budget is as little as possible. I have seen a few kits for around $500 but would like to spend less if its at all possible.
My jeeps going to be used mostly around town and getting up the mountains come ski season. I would like to get into some mild 4x4'ing eventually

2" budget boost from Rusty's $99
ZJ V8 upcountry springs from JY $20
S10 leaf springs from JY $50
new shocks......?

Total price $170 + shocks
Total lift 3 - 3.5"

You can step up and buy springs from an online source. Plan on spending between $70 and $100 each

You didn't say what size tires you're ultimately going to have.

2in. lift will only fit 30in. or smaller tires, if you want 31's go with the 3in. lift.

I am not worried about tires. I am going to be keeping what I have, which are a bit bigger than stock and fit fine right now.

2 is a spacer lift, 3 is a spring lift. costs are hugely different so decide up front.

i have about 700 in my 5" lift, not counting the wheels and tires

I am needing new springs so I have been looking more at the 3" options.

you can buy a 2 inch spring lift also, and a 2.5 inch too and a 3 inch etc. You can get SPRINGS WITH ALL LIFTS.
