Vibration when accel

last week my muffler fell off and i put it back on i havent yet installed one of the hangers (too lazy) do you think the muffler is causing a vibration during accel/ road speed, or could it be a u joint?

fix the muffler like its suppose to be... then youll know if its a u joint!! u joints you generally only feel at the first few seconds of getting on the gas...
