Default Vibration

I have a 92' Jeep cherokee that I just did a 4x4 conversion on and I am getting some annoying vibration. The vibration occurs at the end of 2nd gear and into the upper gears.I have the Ax-15 5speed and I think that the Ax-15 is giving me the vibrations because no matter what speed I am at I can put it in neutral and all the vibrations go away. Also, the parts Jeep that I took everything from was rear ended and the driveshaft popped off the back. The force could of bent the front driveshaft but it looks straight. Is that sound thinking? Is there anything else that it could be? Any input would help I am just trying to wrap my head around this so I can get in there and get rid of this vibration.

1. How do the mounts look? My trans mount looks perfect but was the source of my vibes.
2. I would call around to local shops and see who balances drive shafts and how much they charge.
3. How are your u joints on your drive shafts?

First thing you should address is the driveshafts. If u joints are good, go get it balanced.

Well....silly me forgot to tighten a bolt that holds the driveshaft to the rear axle. That was my vibration that I was feeling. I still get vibration at about 50 MPH to 57 MPH. Could a bent shock mount cause that?

Thanks for the input guys! Really helps out. Still kinda new at this.
