I'm having a very intermittent no start issue with my '96 cherokee (I6, AW4). If I start it up and drive a short distance before it fully warms up and try to start it up again it won't crank at all. When it gets closer to being cold it'll click once but still not start. When it's cold it starts up perfectly. Looking at the records from the previous owner, I noticed that he replaced the starter multiple times. I'm thinking this could be a re-occuring problem but there's gotta be a reason why it has gone through so many starters. I'm assuming that the issue that I'm having right now is a starter issue but I'm wondering if it could be connected to anything else.
