Does anyone know if I can change the non opening vent windows in my 96 xj to opening ones, since my wife and I both smoke?
Also was/is there a cargo cover availible for the back cargo area?

I belive a cover was avible if anyone has a pic of one I have a cover for an old model cherokee that may fit.

 

Our 91 Laredo has the hangers for a retractable cargo cover. And they are factory...don't look aftermarket.
I believe the older XJ's had that as an option. But from what I learned, they only made the covers for XJ's that had exterior rear tire carriers

As for the wing windows: I believe they can be switched without any problems.
Well....maybe ONE.

I dont know. I never unrolled it. My future bro-law gave it to me. He said it came with his old xj.

how wide is you back cargo area behind the seat so i can make sure it will work for you.

 

I sold one awhile back because it was grey and mine is tan. Sold it for $75 plus shipping.
That will give you an idea what to ask or pay for one.
