valve seals?

My Jeep smokes a bit just on start up and a bit when it idles for a while not when I'm driving or all the time just start up and if I idle for a good little bit. I was thinking ima change my valve seals. What do yall think? Im not really rough on the Jeep or anything and it started this abt 2 months ago maybe and my plugs are starting to foul every now and then only when idling sometimes. What do yall think??

Fixed my 88 right up. Doesn't use a drop now between changes.

Good to hear!! Mine uses abt a quart every week or 2. Bbut my valve cover and oil pan gaskets leak a bit as well. Nothing extreme. Gonna do my valve seals and gaskets this weekend!!
